Residency is open to all, irrespective of
sex, race, religion, age or financial circumstances. However, because we are not
registered to provide nursing care, a reasonable standard of health is needed, and we do
ask potential residents for their own doctor's assessment.
We expect a potential resident to have an initial week's trial stay in our guest room
before they, or we, make any decisions.
When the house is full, we maintain a waiting list.
